Three working groups have been created to begin research and management of the project.
Each group has a channel within our Slack account and a document in our Google Drive. Each group follows the project’s Group Leadership Structure.
Internal Project Governance
Will discuss/research how to best manage the project. They will research project management models and the code of conduct, among other things.
Meetings
The Internal Governance working group meets very other Wednesday at 12 p.m. EST / 5 p.m. UTC.
