Website
The wpgovernance.com domain is owned by Rachel Cherry. The DNS is managed through Rachel’s namecheap account. The site is hosted on Dreamhost, on a VPS account owned by Rachel Cherry.
The website is powered by WordPress and uses the Twenty Nineteen WordPress theme. Rachel Cherry and Morten Rand-Hendriksen are the only users. Both Rachel and Morten have Administrator access.
Slack
Rachel Cherry is the Primary Owner of the twgp.slack.com account. Morten Rand-Hendriksen is a Workspace Owner.
Google Drive
All documents for the project are stored in a Google Team Drive, which is hosted on a Google Suite account. Rachel Cherry is the owner of the account.
Trello
Trello is used for project management. Rachel Cherry is the owner of the Trello account.
Mailchimp
Mailchimp is used to manage the project’s mailing list. Rachel Cherry is the owner of the Mailchimp account. Morten Rand-Hendriksen is an admin of the account.
All emails from the mailing list are sent from donotreply[at]wpgovernance.com.
Social media
The WordPress Governance Project has a Twitter account: @wpgovernance.
Rachel Cherry is the owner of the Twitter account. Under TweetDeck teams, Morten Rand-Hendriksen is an administrator. Remkus de Vries and Cathi Bosco are contributors.
Buffer
Buffer is used to automate and schedule Twitter posts for the @wpgovernance Twitter account. Rachel Cherry is the owner of the Buffer account.
IFTTT
IFTTT is used to automate tweets to remind members of our weekly meetings. Rachel Cherry is the owner of the IFTTT account.
